solidaridad: a mí me ha pasado 3/4 de lo mismo que cuentas (aunque con otra
compañía, wanadoo). Me he pasado prácticamente un mes configurando un nuevo
sistema en mi tiempo libre, intentando aclararme, y llamando por teléfono
a los servicios técnicos, especialmente en horas intempestivas (y lo demás
abandonado). Al final, tenían un error en el centro suyo de datos que no me
dejaba enviar correo, pero, cuando lo han solucionado, no han sido capaces de
reintegrarme a mi cuenta oficial la cuenta gratis que creé mientras
tanto (con ellos mismos, y que sí funcionaba) y a la que le dí mi antigua
dirección. Resultado: he perdido mi antigua dirección y parte de la paciencia
que me quedaba : así que no estás solo. Además, también me incorporo muy tarde
al trabajo y ya ando algo preocupado. Sobre tu pregunta en internet no puedo
ayudarte, pero sí puedo darte un consejo : si una compañía (cuya consulta es
por teléfono) te ofrece un modem individual para acceder a ADSL, y tú decides
utilizar un router inalámbrico para conectar varios ordenadores, procura que
sea en un momento en que te sobre tiempo y paciencia, porque necesitarás
bastante.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
